speed by first rider S1 and 2nd rider be S2.
S1=x+10;
ans S2=x+2*10; and given S2=35.
solving we get x=15mph.

first person speed is s1=x+10
second person speed is s2=2*(x+10)
given s2=35mph
then x=7.5mph
