Even myself is intermidaite .....am also very much
interested to serve under call center. I hope we can
do ,,,if we have good communication skills.
Qualification doesnot make any differece maninthing thing
is u shoudl posses to handly with the customer more
confidiently .

ya dude y not.every one can go but one thing u need to have
good communication skills and and u should be a positive
attitude and most imortant thing is patience bcoz the some
customers will be rough in their character and mostly call
centres see graduation qualifiction but some b.p.o would
prefer intermediare also.....u can try...........all the
best...........
