Even myself is also intermidiated .....am also very much
interested to serve under call center to provide services
to the customers. I hope we can
do ,,,if we have good communication skills.
Qualification doesnot make any differece main thing
is u shoud posses to handle with the customer more
confidiently..................with much patient and caring
manner.So that customer will appreciate abt u and ur
servicees u offer to them.
