Always go for a education loan. ( even your rich
enough)Submit your papers to bank. Bank after preliminary
scrutiny simply issue a letter in a prescribed format
stating that even say Rs. 7 lakhs Ed. loan (limit within the
branch other wise for 15 lakhs they in turn approach H.O,
which time consuming process)extended subject to fulfilling
the other conditions. Produce this document. This will be a
sole creteria for 100% success in getting visa. ( embassy
people know that without supporting documents banker's never
issue such letter and secondly they are also free to take
decision as the responsibility of finance headache is taken
care of by bank and sure about not to worry about likely
fake documents (in case)of consultants).Don't produce both
documents. Then you will be inviting trouble. However bank
will entertain only if you get your VISA for availing actual
loan. In this process you are not a loser either way.

According to US laws you should hold a minimum of first
year fees in your account..
But it is better if you keep 1.5 times of the final figure
mentioned in your I-20.
Rest of the ammount you can show as movable assets.

i think you have to have a strong financial stand from ur
family or from the company. Actually they are going to ask
you the whole money. Because as far as you are going to
there to learn u don't have any means to get the rest of the
money in the second year. so please take a financial
statement from a company or from ur family which is more
that the one notice above.

Never go for Bank loans..try to show bank balance & liquid
assets by your own, borrow some money for 10-15 days from
relatives or friends... because in the case of bank loan,
the VO would think that your financial background is not
sound... you have to repay the banks money and for that you
can be engaged in such activities like illegal jobs or
criminal activities.
