the requirement of qualification in a call center is just
good communication skill in English. there is nothing more
than this. with good communication, the basic requirement is
H.S.C, n more. age terms is strictly 18 and above. and abt
the computer if u want to join international call center,
the requirement of the typing speed is minimum 30WPM. if u
want to do work for back office. if u want to do work for
voice in international then u have to type minimum 25WPM.
that`s it. keep in m ind this things if u r interested to do
work in a call center.

average command over English in case of domestic call center.
excellent command over English in case of international call
center.age above 16 or mostly 18 and above as per the
policy.minimum qualification is S.S.C/H.S.C/Graduation/BE or
from any other stream.

first upon we have an confidence to handle any situation
while talking with anyone, and then average skills, good
communication, friendly moving,time punctuality and so on...
If we are tackling the international call/domestic call we
know abut the typing in keypad with the past of (25-40)wpm
and finally main skill is to ability to listen clearly and
cathc theinformation fastly..
