i will try to concentrate on my work and try normalize the conditions, if still not solved it out i will talk to him/her and try to find out the solution if possible

1. I will have a discussion with him to sort out any misunderstanding.
First time casually and if it doesn't work out then formally.
2. If point 1 doesn't work, and it effects the project, i can promise him the reward for his cooperation.
3. It is very unlikely that point no. 2 will work, if so, i will escalate it to the upper management or resource manager.
4. If point 3 doesn't bring any change,and this is effecting my project in a great deal and I don't have a chance for replacement.
I will have to work on him secretly. Everyone has a week point or a past, I would better use his past or any hidden truth against him till the project ends.

meeting with him.I will try to understand his view and help
him to understand the situation why the problem occured
with him.If he is not correct in his openion i wil warn him

I would have a patient listening with him. Since project
activities are similar to compartments. Hence frustrations
and anxiety shall be a routine attribute to these
individual compartments. It would be better to explain him
the entire project and his position in the Chain. After all
each of weak chain has to be identified and strenghtened.
The symptons of weak chain may be frustations, blame game
etc. So this would help.
Having a regular meeting with project team helps to ease out
and smoothen the functioning.
However seldom 360 reporting is required and the
subordinate has the right to approach the management.
