On plain surface gravity and normal reaction of any body is
in vertical direction. hence, their resultant acts in
vertical direction. so, we walk with straight body
But, in case of inclined surface resultant of gravitational
force and normal reaction acts nearly perpendicular to the
inclined surface. To balance that opposite force body leans
towards the inclined surface.
That`s why while climbing or mountain body bends forward
