Test Summary is Post Test Report:
After execution of every test we need to report the test
results in abstract way to the reporting person.
Reporting person may be
Test lead or
Test Manager
Project Manager.
Normally This Test Summary Report Contains following details
1.Number of Test cases executed
2.Number of test cases Passes
3.Number of Test cases failed
4.Number of Test cases Blocked(Due to Functional dependency)
5. Number bugs reopened
6. Number of bugs Closed .......etc
This details will help management to make decision release
date,when to stop testing ..etc

Well, I beg to differ from the above answer.
Test summary is a Report. This would contain the number of
Test Cases Written for that Module/Suit, No of Executed
Test Cases, No of Passed TC and No Of Failed TC.

Hi I just wanted to know the name of the document given by the test lead to the tester regarding their module for testing.
Example for High Severity and low priority, High Severity High priority, Low Severity Low Priority, Low Severity High Priority?
