Hi,
There is not much difference in both the tools.Both are
performance testing tools.you can check the load on a
particular web applications by using them.astraload is
built in integration with loadrunner and test director and
some new features like xml support,oracle DB2 support.Good
tool but I perfer to work on load runner its a best tool
for performance testing

AstraLoad is a mercury based performance tool which
supports only HTTP and HTTPS protocols only were as load
Runner supports multiple protocols.

Does the Tool generates think time for the standard value defined in script with respect to server response when we use option use random think time 50 - 150%. or will tool simply calculates value randomly for the standard think time defined in script.
