First window is registertion window where u will be having
the fields to entering the name,password and confirm
password and Ok button.After hitting the OK button it will
take u to 2nd window, wel come window for the user with the
msg welcome user.
3rd window will be login screen where u will be entring the
user name and password with out any mistake in case and
spell (i.e u entered correctly)and 4th window it shows that
user does not exits .What will be reasons? Other then data
base not connected.

Some sites ask for comfirmation of their email Id Once You
have registered with their site,(The admin will send an
email to your Email id , the id would be that u give when
the time of registration) Only after you confirm your mail
id . your User id would be activated. May be that might be
the reason that you are still getting that "User doesn't
exist" Error .

there is no problem, programer has loaded 4th window form
with containing this msg user does not exits. so whenever a
right user name and password will be giving to 3rd window
login screen the 4th window will be open with above msg.

i think there is Admin user, who has to approve and
activate the account.till than user can't login. if not
that is the bug

multiple reasons for this error msg
1. password has been expired without user knowledge (lay
off or more than 90 days)
2. Administrator locked him due to administrative reasons
3. His name might have accidently deleted from the user
table.

Once user is already login than login page should not be
displayed again that is wrong implementation of the url or
page.there could be one more secenario that one can see any
login page without logout ,if there is any inner login for
to access other pages
so if that is case than there is no error.

Whenever developer will recieved the defect from the tester,then he will go thru the defect whether it is acceptable or not?for that he will execute that application again,while executing if he did not found any such type of defect(what we are rise the defect above),then he will send that defect to the corresponding tester with status of 'reject',as a tester what we can do?(here writing the reproduce steps and attached screen shots has been done by tester while sending the defect to the developer, no need to send reproduced steps and screen shots again)
