Take off the RAM, clean and put it back, restart.
if found the same BSOD (blue screen of death)
repair O/s by putting boot disc in drive.....

This error comes because Hard Disk bad sectors.Remove the
bad sectors or change the hard disk.

Blue Screen Of Death dosen't give always same error.
When you see this so called BSOD you can see some
hexadecimal code. They are not some randomly taken numbers,
they are the code error. Follow these error's solution on net.
Otherwise if you don't know anything about error codes then:
1) Change the boot setting keeping the CD/DVD ROM at first
priority.
2) Insert Windows XP CD and reboot your PC with it.
3) Then after the has completely loaded, press "ENTER" to
set up XP.
4) Press F8(license) and press "R" to repair your XP setup
and follow the instruction.
By this method no data is lost and you get your PC back from
that BSOD's ghost.
