After bug is found by the tester, he has to report the bug
in a bug report template to the test lead with status of the
bug as 'new'. Test lead confirm the bug and he send it to
the developer.

yes ,priya is correct.once bug found by the tester ,he give
a status 'new' and report it to the testlead.TL will check
it and if the bug is genuine he send it to the developer
with 'assign'ss status
