to minimize the test cases and it is black box testing what
at which particular time we do this testing i guess while
creating test cases we consider this testing .plz if lett

Equivalence partitioning is a black box test case design
technique but not a testing technique. Black box testing is
done at assembly and also at system testing. Correct me if
am wrong.
