Hi, I am going to attend the H1B interview for X company in the coming month. as I am married and need to apply for dependant visa for my wife in advance(or with me) because after going to US,it will be hard to do that. If the visa is approved and want to stay at home for more 2-3 month and then come to US,can she do that? What will be the validity of the Dependant Visa? Is there any specific time in which she need to land in US compulsory. can anyone answer my questions.

HII I AM A DOCTOR... AND I INTENDED TO GO TO US FOR APPEARING FOR MY USMLE ENTRANCE EXAMS... MY VISITORS VISA WAS REJECTED TWICE BECAUSE I FUMBLED WITH MY FINANCES..... Hi im 74 yrs old, recently bereaved of my husband, i have never visited the US. My Son is a US citizen through the lucky draw and my daughter is married to a US citizen for over 15years. I intend to immigrate to the US and live the rest of my days with my son, could someone please help me with type of questions that i may be asked at the H4 visa interview.

Hi, I have B1 Visa from my employer and it is valid till 2017, just recently i have got my H4 visa from my wife's employer. If i travel to US with H4 visa will my B1 visa w remain valid? Please explain.
