?Servo? brand lubricants are from 1 Bharat Petroleum 2 Hindustan Petroleum 3 IBP 4 India..

Answer / priyatosh

Servo lubricants (Industrial) contains comparitively higher
sulphur content than HP, which is harmful for equipments
in the long run. HPCL manufactures 40% of India's base oil
production and the base oil is having a sulphur content
less than that of Haldia refinery. Hence from my experience
of 15 years I will prefer HPCL lubes than IOCL
