Hi Everybody, Can anybody please tell me the how to display the result of the QTP in the notepad text file rather than in the QTP result window. Suppose this is my simple script:WHich will open the notepad file and enter some text and then will change the font then will calculate how much time has been taken.Now, in this script i want to display the result in notepad file. Suppose I want to use Index value of "WinEdit" in my script .But it is showing None in "Ordinal identifier" value of Testobject Details in the Object Repository.How to enable Ordinal Identifiers to capture the Index value of that particular WinEdit. I have selected "index" and clicked "OK" from Tools-> Object Identification Again I added same WinEdit to the Object repository But I did not get Index value..Please any one help me.How to enable Ordinal indentifiers

I have to do testing for XML file using QTP. 1. I was given a sample XML, I had to edit that with my actual data and had to make a new XML-- this part is completed, I did that. 2. Now I have to copy the exact contents of that XML file and have to paste it in a web application as a request message for web appliaction processing, using QTP. So I am unable to copy and paste it in web application, please help me out.
