To force WinRunner (WR) to learn sub-items on a menu, you can use the VBS Scripting option. After recording, open the script in Visual Basic Editor and modify the delay between `Button` and `MenuItem` operations to a shorter value (e.g., 50 instead of 1000). This allows WR to learn sub-items quickly.
