this depend on u r company so dont keep this in mind they
wilkl release a template for testing on a note u have to
fallow it

Hai frens,
I agree with jagadish and kishore...The testcase
format differs from company to company and all the fields
specified by others also comes under testcase template..but
according to your company standards they will give you the
template of test case...It not necessary that all companies
should follow same template..
