We have a requirement for a project. The project is not yet

requirement have to fulfil so that we can take up the
proposal to developing the application?

Actually system analyst first conduct the feasibilty study
for:
1] Technical
2] Economically possible
3] Legally possible,
etc
If it is oked then form the proposal. So, you can have the
reviews on the proposal till final baseline document.

This is what I think about mutation testing..It is the testing done after the code has been modified in an application( after geting defect complain from clients)with the same test cases and same old test data...
