defect means while using the application the enduser get
any discrepency now this is called as defect.
Error - It can at developer stage at writing the code
Bug- While testing the application the tester will find out
the bugs (Means expected and actual values are not match)

Bug:Tester getting any dicrepancy called is bug
Defect:user is getting any discrepacy callled as defect.
Fault:Fault is a condition on that not meeitng the spec

Failure : Failure is an event, that has been done by Fault.

Bug : Tester mistake in finding Error,called Bug.
