First all we need to check if the customer can understand
hindi or english.The initiation has to be done by the
customer and if he has done it Then you can use the
appropriate language and can convince him better.Chances
are that if the you are speaking to the customer in
Hindi then he can understand better and you will able to
make a good rapport with him .Thus benefitting you.

well if customer takes the initiative to talk in hindi than
we can talk to them in hindi in a comfortable manner
because being an indian i know my mother tounge very well..
moreover hindi is our national language, if customer is
expecting from us to talk in hindi dan i will speak in
hindi to our customers..and i will proud to speak in
hindi...Because we never get small to speak our mother
tongue, as we love our parents as v do love our national
language...
