if operation employee even eat biscuit on desk he may
interrupted by security personal.
Now you say how a normal employee be motivated. Whatever
bharat dream about syntel cant be without cooperation of
employee and client and not by these baabus.

3000 experienced people have resigned from syntel and you
can imagin how is the syntel's reputation to retain or
giving growth environment.
Recently Our CEO resigned on very short notice that god
know he resigned or asked him to put paper.
But please please, please think twice and thrice before

New policies are implemented on past dates
to cheat employees.
nothing is transparent wether it is promotion or pay hike ,they do false promises at time of joining .
