Accessibility check point will help to enforce Section 508
in testing of IT project/product /project.

Actually this Section of guidelines framed by World Wide
Web Consortium (simply W3C).
Accesibility check points are designed to help toeasily
locate the common areas of web application/web site..tec.
This check point idetifies the areas of web site to check
for section 508 compliancy,check if the images on the web
page include ALT properties .
The Law Section 508:Electronic and Information Technology
Standards.
US government checks compliance of section 508 before
procurement of IT sioftware.
The scope of section 508 is limited to the Federal sector.
It does not apply to the private sector.
The enforcement of section 508 are effective as of June
21, 2001.

Accessibility Check Point:
Identifies areas of your Web site that may not conform to
the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content
Accessibility Guidelines.
For example, guideline 1.1 of the W3C Web
Content Accessibility Guidelines requires you to provide
a text equivalent for every non-text element. You can add
an Alt property check to check whether objects that require
the Alt property under this guideline, do in fact have this
tag.
XML Check Point:
Checks the data content of XML documents in XML files or
XML documents in Web pages and frames.

Hi Friends, Iam Beginner in QTP and i want to Try the software QTP. I checked the mercury site for QTP Trial version and i found QTP 9.0. The thing is that it supports windows 2000,Xp but not windows 98.And Iam using Windows 98 onlu and it's not possible for me to upgrade to windows 2000. Pls. guide me how to get the trial version of QTP which supports windows 98 Operating System The version may be 6.5 is ok for me.Thanks in Advance
