Ultraviolet rays:-The sun rays are composite of many colours. It is seen by passing the light through prisms. Some are visible but other rays are but visible. Just below the violet region of sun rays ultra violet rays are situated. Ultraviolet rays cannot excite the eye but it excites photographic plate. The ray is very important for medical purpose
