What is the laws of dry or solid friction...

Answer / Amit Kumar Agrawal

The Law of Dry Friction, also known as Coulomb's Law of Friction, describes the relationship between the force required to move one solid surface against another and the normal force acting perpendicular to the surfaces. It states that the maximum frictional force (F) is equal to the product of the coefficient of friction (mu) and the normal force (N), or Fmax = μN.
