once we Find the failed test cases in Y out of x .
1. if you found poor kind of testing happened means that
next way to go is Impact analysis commitment of time / work
hours facors ( scope to the developers / testers ) .
For this first smoke level testing is necessary to avoid
the late work before /after at the Testing .
