However, since we're interested in the probability that no one gets their own answer sheet, there is only one correct way to distribute the sheets (A's sheet to B, B's sheet to C, and C's sheet to the teacher). So, the probability that no one gets their own answer sheet is 1 / 27 = 0.037 or 3.7% approximately.
