Let's solve this problem:
1. Let S be Sunita's weight, T be Tanisha's weight, and S_Seema be Seema's weight.
2. We know that S_Seema = 0.25S and S_Seema = 0.4T.
3. Solving these two equations gives us S/T = 2/7. Therefore, Tanisha's weight is 7/2 times Sunita's weight.
