Hello everyone, My name is Swathi i completed MCA in 2015 i had 1 year 7 months of work experience as a HR recruiter currently i left that job now i looking job in bpo sector because i want to settled down in one company and stick to one company for long time, i have attended couple of interviews but in interviews they will rise a question like u done MCA then joined HR and now you want to join bpo why?this is the question asked in every interview, please help me, i could't able to convene them properly please some one help me out it means a lot to me
