i guradated from high-school in 2004, i applied in a college here, but i didn't continue my study, i succesed only in one semster in college here, i quit this month, and i'm applying for F-1 visa,i'm self-sponsor because my father is retired, what would i say if they ask me what were you doing ll this time? and how could you support yourself? i have 12 backlogs in my btech and 18 certificates in total...my question is will the visa officer consider my backlogs or certificates??many told me that u will have a problem if u have too many certificates...will he prefer the final certificate or all these certificates?please do answe r me...i have 85%in 10th and 80% in 12th and 65 in btech...312 gre score and 110 toefl..will he consider me?

My visa got rejected because of insufficient funds and fake bank statement.... Vo checked my bank statement and calculated something and said "due to insufficient funds I'm refusing your visa".... She didn't return the bank statement to me... The amount was removed from account before the visa interview date... I'm really worried that will they contact bank people to know whether the amount is there or not... Will they take any action against me for presenting fake bank documents... In fact we have 2 crores worth property ,but the problem is that the property is under my grandfather's name... So I have taken the fake documents as the real documents were not ready for the visa date ... Could you please let me know what to do

I'm from sri lanka. i applied to enter the Univercity of North texas for the next semester. i done it through a local person. he is the one who handled all the document things. after paying my tutuion fees he took 6 more months to give me a reply. fianlly he gave me this I-20. but i have a small quiz. that is i don't know he has paid the money to the univercity which i have given him. if not after arrving usa, i will get a big problem. how can i make sure that everything is ok and i got the I-20 because the payment is ok?
