Differentiate between IEEE 802.3, IEEE 802.4 and IEEE 802.5 standards.
Answer / Shishir Saxena
IEEE 802.3 is the standard for Ethernet networks, defining both wired and wireless LANs. IEEE 802.4 is a standard for token bus networks, mainly used in industrial applications. IEEE 802.5 is a standard for token ring networks, which are less common than Ethernet today. The main difference lies in the topology and method of data transfer.
