Hi, I am Gulshan... I had appeared for interview twice and going to apply for third time. I have done BCA in 2004 and since 2004 i am in working with leading finace company. I have applied for MBA. I have not given any ILETS or GMAT exam. First time the consulate asked me for my GMAT score and i was unable to give any answer. but the second time the interview was very quite imperessive. i havd given every answer to their questions but again they refused. I dont know the reason for second time. Kindly suggest me, is there any possiblities to get visa in third time?

In our JNTUK system, there is a two subject exception rule, means we can leave two subjects without writing exams or can leave two failed subjects without clearing by the end of engineering. I failed in a subject in my 4th year and didn't need to clear it, so left it. I got all my certificates and got job at the same time. I have been working in infosys from past 3 years till date. Now I am applying for student visa. My doubt is that, do we consider that failed subject as a backlog or not? Do I have a backlog or not?

I have a very serious problem.in my passport my name is like First name-Nakul Middle name-Kumar.There is no Last name as my father also doesnt keep one.Now one university is asking for Last name to be written else get a new passport(which is not at all a good option) for I20.The second option they gave is that to keep First name as FNU (First Name unknown) and Last name as "Nakul Kumar".This option will create serious problems in VISA interview.Kindly suggest what should I do.I got admit from this university and its required for I20.Please help.

I passes my 12th in 2008 and for two years i was trying to get admission in the reputated university in india as my percentage wasnt high enought so i culdnt get it...in 2010 i went for my visa interview in USA embassy and i had every documents with me...she asked me what i have been dng for last 2 years i honestly said what i was doing...still she refused me the VISA saying tht i am not a credible student for USA...now i am planning to apply again...what if she asked the same question again...I am really worried guys plz help

This question is regarding documents for funds. I got documents for EPF but the problem is its in the electronic form which can be printed i.e. no bank or any EPF official would be attesting or certifying it. Is it okay if I get this electronically generated EPF printouts ATTESTED BY A NOTARY or a Gazzetted Officer Please do reply ASAP.

hello everyone I have a question which is making me tense as I have visa interview in next 2 days.I am a current student from virginia international university with F-1 visa.Due to some reasons I am going to attend visa again before it got expired.Unfortunately I couldn't drop my documents because i have transferred my university.Now,as I have interview in 2 days I am worried about this question.I will be thankful if anyone could suggest any conveniencing aswers for this question. i have low scores of gre and toefl will they accept it to give visa.even i wrote toefl twice the later one got some score can i show that one as i am a freshers 2007 passout theyy can ask me what u did since last 6 months wht should i have to say regarding that i applied for only two one got rejected one i got i20 will they ask me how many do u got it
