first man said go straight and tack right person is going to straight way.. so the tack right is from their side but the person whos are coming in front of destination he has a left sid so actually the route is same but the diffrent of persons entering the ways .

You can chose 2nd person because he is near from the destination.
But both are saying true because first person right will be 2nd person left, he is just face to face from source to destination.
