When you found any bug before release product to the customer.what will you do????what will be you..

Answer / unknown

when i find a bug just before the release. then immediate
thing am going to do is to personally or formally meet the
test lead. explain him the things how it is working.
suppose it is a high severity or high priority bug. the
defect fixing will depend on the release dates and deadlines
of the project. if there is enough time then the defect
fixing can be done. if the deadlines are reached then, you
must sit with the customer then convince the customer saying
that we found a bug and we are working on it. probably we
can fix it in the next build or next release.

Answer / anurag raghuvanshi

There are few decisions that testing team can take about the bug that will found before the release:-
1. According to the severity, the testing team will analyze the bug impact on the business/end user and send all the info to the stakeholders.
2. Then , Cust/Stakeholder and business people will decide the priority of the bug. And Last as well as final decision will come from their side. That Bugs need to be fixed urgently or can be ignored for next releases.
