I Want to get a pass percentage from your guidence and get absolute confidence with your help.

Hi all, Do we need to register well in advance to take ISTQB Foundation Test through say Prometric center or one fine day we can go and take up the exam? Is there any minimum duration day we have to register and then take up the examination? Please advice friends.....
