are review and analise and approved then high level people
are (project manager,leads ect) involve to prepare software
requirement specifications and test plan based on client
requirements.
in test plan mainly cover entry, exit criteria,risk and
mitigations, test environments,test bed, about testiing
resources third party indpendent,when to start different
types of tests, release criteria etc are briefly estimate in
test plan.
