Okay. So the question is pretty simple and is a part of people management skills.

Every individual will have his/her own way of handling people.
However, one of the best answers would be.
Handling attrition:
As soon as i get the team, I'll have a one on one conversation with each member to know what are their future planning and what are they looking to become in future. It'll will give me an idea of how many people are going to leave in near future. If we come across a situation that I've heard someone looking to leave the company, then coming to the bottom of the problem of required.

Shrinkage.
It's a pretty of discipline
There is no good team without discipline. A Team member should be assigned to make sure if someone needs a leave our a holiday for a particular day. Even after that a person doesn't come to work then there should be a very strong reason and it must be informed well before in advance.

First round was HR round. The questions asked were: Tell me about yourself? Where were u born and brought up? I'l give u a sentence like a "walk in the park" or "walk in the vegetable market". The questions asked were: Tell me more about yourself. What are ur expectations from the job? Describe success in terms of job? What is ur ideal job? Are u comfortable to work in night shifts? Sometimes a person younger to u might be in a better position. Are u comfortable taking directions from him? What is ur expected salary? If the software sector booms, Would u change ur job?
