they mentation total parts value is 21000 and labour 13000
with total of 34000 inthat on parts vat is include so we
have to deduct tds u/s 194c @2% on full amount of 34000 or
not(bill is single for whole 34000 purpose_

The TDS will be deducted in whole bill amount that is
34000/- because it is carry the service part in it. But for
better accounting or sake of benifit of supplier you can
ask for a credit note against this Invoice or two new
invoices, 1 for goods and 2nd for Service parts and then
you can deduct TDS only on 2nd Invoice.

In the question he clearly mentioned the value of spare parts is Rs. 21000/-, labour is Rs. 13,000/-, we have make TDS on 2% on Rs. 13000/-.You can make the narration clearly saying on which amount you deducted TDS for & your auditors reference.

if the bill has come total amount of both charges than we deduct the tds on total amount of the bill because party send combined bill of both charges so we deduct 2% tds.
