Hi my B/F is in us since last 2yrs on h1 visa now i want to visit him for 15days.I plan to leave on 15th aug can i try for visa interview date now? what all documants sholud i prepare? can i tell them the actuall reason for visit or shall i go as an lesuire tourist visitor?PLZ HELP
Hi, I got B2 visa for ten years. I visited U.S three times and returned back within scheduled time stipulated by U.S immigration authorities. Last visit is from 8th May to Oct 20th of 2010. Now I want to renew my visa for further period of 5 or 10 years. I would like to know the procedure and required papers.

Hi I have applied for visitor visa to US to meet my brother who is employed there.I have a minor child and aged parents who will be accompanying me on the trip.My husband has issued an NOC duly signed by him.I am attending my visa interview next week.As my husband is a businessman who is constantly in outstation, he will not be accompanying me for the interview.I would like to know whether there is a possibility of getting visa and what questions are likely to be asked in the interview. Will my child also be questioned.

I and my husband gave interview on 19th march. We were rejected due to financial tie. we hose bank balance of 42000.00 dhs in my account & my husband account 32000.00 At that time we were sendin Indi. Now we stopped to send there and doing saving here. We both are woking in uae. We are not interested to stay more in USA. Now our 2nd interview on 9th. I want to clear that. we want to go only for 15days. And heartly say that we are not interested for any type of staying more. I am worry about next interview. Hello, My name is Sam, i was refused the B2 visa today from the usa embassy in singapore. I am from africa and i'm currently on full scholarship in computing with all my fees and accomodation plus stipends paid for the duration of the course 3yrs from my government. I wanted to go to the usa and see my family friend for my upcoming 1 week vacation in august and what i mentioned above was suppose to be my ties to bring me back to singapore. i answered all the consul questions correctly and calmly and i had $4200 in my account for this trip. The consul asked how much i thought the whole trip would cost and i answered $2500 since i was going to stay with my family friend. He also asked me how i knew this my family friend. After that, he said he's sorry he cannot grant the visa because i have only stayed in singapore for 4months. I want to re apply but i need advice on what to do.. Please any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

My friend in Nevada want me to visit him. He tried filing an affidavit of support at the Immigration and Naturalization Service there but the officer told him that I should be the one to process my visitor visa application with my own documents. Does it mean Affidavit of support or invitation letter is not a requirement for applying a Visitor Visa coming from the Philippines? and will the bank deposit of $1,100.00 enough for my 3 days stay in the USA because my friend will be responsible for all of my expenses including the airfare?
