My husband and I have been married (court Marriage) for almost 2 years, we were studying when we got married so didn't have a grand wedding. After we completed our studies we had a grand religious marriage. I applied for my husband with my court marriage date not the religious marriage date. My question is that during interview do I have to mention that our religious marriage happened later (1yr after court marriage). Will that create any problems?

MY HUSBAND IS AN US CITIZEN .HE HAS APPLIED CS1 VISA FOR ME IN US . I LIVE IN CHENNAI ,INDIA. MY VISA IS ON PROCESS.THEY HAVE ASKED FOR POLICE CLEARANCE FROM ME.
