In Requirement stage, needed to understand the requirement.
If have any clarifications, need to check with BAor client.
Based on the understanding requirement needed to prepare
the test cases.
During testing phase needed to execute those test cases.

I am a B.COM graduate. I have studied all the theorotical aspects of manual testing. How can i get in to testing without practical exp. And even if i manage to get a job, i want to know whether i will be able to do my job, being i am new to software field.
Suppose a defect is fixed by developer and that defect got closed. But because of fixing that defect we are getting another defect. If 2nd defect is fixed the 1st defect is reproduced again. If that process is continuing what should the tester do to nail that defect?
