Agile is a iterative process and many iterations are
there.So,if any individual do not acheive his or her task
in current sprint then it will be transfer to the next
sprint because sprint time is fixed.

yes,in this process if task is not completed in particular
sprint, we just take that as a backlog for second sprint n
we complete that
