In Agile process, If you have not completed task in the
Sprint time, How do you complete the task or do you add the
task to next sprint.

Agile is a iterative process and many iterations are
there.So,if any individual do not acheive his or her task
in current sprint then it will be transfer to the next
sprint because sprint time is fixed.
