Yes, we can file bug after UAT , There is no rule that we
have to file bug before or after UAT.
So Bug is a bug we can file at any time.

Since UAT is done by client. We assist clients when they are doing UAT. During this phase, if client find any defects in the app, we can double check and Raise a new bug after confirming with Test lead.

(this is very rare case, as UAT is done for business critical modules, which are tested very carefully)
