Sir my sister applied for visa and got rejected thrice when
she was coming in the train unfortunately her passport got
drowned in water as some one kept a water bottle open in the
top and it poured into the cloth bag in which she kept her
passport and when we took to the regional passport office
and asked for replacement of the pages they said they need
to give her a new passport as the previous one is damaged
now my question if she wants to apply for the visa again is
it possible she can apply with a new passport or she has to
use the old passport as she has got the new passport now if
so what are the procedures

Hi i was rejected for F-1 visa at Chennai consulate on 9th of July 2008, i hope, i was rejected in the case of my backlogs, they are 13, and now am planning to take the visa interview again, so what would be my answer if they ask me " why u have been rejected for the first time "? and " Why these many backlogs" ? how much chance i have, if iam not submitting the TOEFL score?
my visa interview is on 25th june 2009.I lost my toefl score card and ordered for another copy.It was posted by ets on may15,2009 but I did'nt received it yet.so can I attend the visa interview with the printout of my unoffical score available in the internet and submit the print out of the email I recieved as a proof of ordering the score card?
