Sir my sister applied for visa and got rejected thrice when
she was coming in the train unfortunately her passport got
drowned in water as some one kept a water bottle open in the
top and it poured into the cloth bag in which she kept her
passport and when we took to the regional passport office
and asked for replacement of the pages they said they need
to give her a new passport as the previous one is damaged
now my question if she wants to apply for the visa again is
it possible she can apply with a new passport or she has to
use the old passport as she has got the new passport now if
so what are the procedures

Hi, My friends F-1 VISA is refused 3 times in year 2008 by US CONSULATE MUMBAI, INDIA (for SUNY Binghamton). Today was her 3rd time and after rejecting the VISA Officer said to her that she can not apply again for VISA. When can she reapply for VISA? Can she apply for same University? Is she allowed to apply only 3 times a year? If it is so then can she apply in January 2009 (college commences on Jan 15th 2009). Thanking you in advance, Anant

I have done my bachelor of pharmacy, secured an aggregate of 72%.my GRE score is 1190,TOEFL score is 87. no backlogs.i have got good interest for higher education and research. got admission into masters and recieved I20 from long island university, brooklyn campus.Going to face the visa interview within a week, are my scores considered low? what are my chances of rejection? what do i say why didnt you prefer India to study?pls let me know. i got i20 and they said i have been accepted as a conditional graduate student(b'coz toefl score is 69) and once you come here the university coordinator will give you an ESL program.i want to know about this program ... is it difficult?is there any problem to go with conditional i20 to visa?
