Defect lekage occurs at the customers place.After delivery of the application if the customer finds any problem while usibg that application then it is called defect lekage

Suppose there is some defects but during testing we are
unable to find out that but end user only getting that then
it is called defect leakage..
Defects which are not identified by the testing team, and
those are identified by the customer at their environment
are called as defect leakage
