Team Leader should excelent capacity of Team Handle or Team
Play,and Team leader should be responsible for KPI as well
as KRA also.
KPI: Stands for Key performance Indicator.
KRA: Stands for Key Responsibility Area.
And most Importants Role of a TL
Team Leader should be TORI i.e
T: Team Leader should be Trustable.
O: Team Leader should be Open towords on every situation.
R: Team Leader should be Responsible for his Team.
I: Team Leader should be Interdependent to eatch other i.e
Team Leader should understand the team menbmers issue &
Team members are should be understand the Team leader
situation.
