Do u have to create a database Id for an employee in Siebel

Answer : yes, if database authetication is being used to
log into Siebel
No, if LDAP authentication is used

To enroll the valid user/Employee can access the Siebal
Database..That helpfull to secure the Siebel data and Db
too.
Every Employee has owned username and password and he/she
has some responsibility to view the database.
And the higher desingnation people can alloted the work to
the Employees as per they known/need..
Its helps to the seed datas

Hello, There is a Hierarchial Picklist when I choose India > Maharastra > Mumbai. this comes as a normal Hierarchial Picklist now my question is that when i choose Mumbai the Maharastra and India should come automatically is this possible in Siebel if yes can any one post with a good step by step procedure. thanks in advance
