actually there are diff concepts in siebel config like creation of applets,views screens etc the best practice among them isnot by creating a new one and modifying the existing one so that it will improve the performance
business process and application among them business process is cost efficent and will improve the performance

Hello, There is a Hierarchial Picklist when I choose India > Maharastra > Mumbai. this comes as a normal Hierarchial Picklist now my question is that when i choose Mumbai the Maharastra and India should come automatically is this possible in Siebel if yes can any one post with a good step by step procedure. thanks in advance
