job and its completion.
Response time is the interval between submission of a
request, and the first response to that request.

turnaround time refers to the intermediated time between initiation of a particular sized job and it's execution time.
Whenever we are giving a fixed size of job as a form of request to a scheduler, until we are getting the first feedback(response),the span of time is called response time.
